3.Receive the inquiry of abroad customer
4.Confirm the customer’s rquirements and demands , trade terms , payment terms and vendors’ qualification
5.Select corresponding vendors
6.The domestical vendors provide quotation
7.According to the domestical industry standard . On basis of lowest price , we will make the quotation to the customer
8.Provide the original quotation documents and quotation analysis report to abroad customer
9.According to cutomer’s choice , we will reselect the vedors
10.Assist the customer to get the samples
11.Assist customer to issue the Purchase Order
12.Assist the customer to follow up the goods and delivery
